Kae supported our growing family in the fall of 2025 when we brought home a baby girl. During our 8 weeks of services she showed herself to be knowledgeable and skilled, up to date on current research and practices, and her bedside manner is calm and supportive. She helped us to make decisions by providing information and options that felt respectful and supportive of what we wanted. She was affirming and gentle in her help, and made me feel assured in my own skills as well. Kae has a quiet confidence in how she operates that allowed me to relax and trust that my baby was in good hands! Our goals were to protect our sleep and have someone to go to with questions so we could enjoy the newborn phase. Kae helped us do just that!

Kae was consistently prompt and reliable, always arriving on time and ready for the night. She was very communicative during our morning debriefs and hand-offs, which helped us feel informed and at ease. She was quick to calm our baby when he fussed, and our toddler never once woke up while she was here.

Our baby was over ten pounds at one month old, and we credit much of that healthy growth to Kae, who was phenomenal at maintaining our feeding schedule. She respected our choice to formula feed and was completely nonjudgmental. She even taught us how to batch bottles for the day, which saved us so much time and stress.

We would absolutely recommend Kae to any family looking for a kind, professional, and confident caregiver.

Katherine is amaing! She was our nanny for our 4-month old son and the main thing that stood out to us was how genuine she was with him - it never felt like just a job to her. She was gentle, patient, and clearly enjoyed spending time with him, which meant more to us than we initially realized. Her expertise was also invaluable. She worked on tummy time, sensory activities, and taught our son to nap well, which was a game-changer for our whole family. His neck control and willingness to do tummy time also improved vastly once she started working with us. In addition, she was consistently reliable, and as introverts working from home at the time, we were amazed at how comfortable we felt having her in our space. It just felt easy having her around and we trusted her fully to care for our son. 

We'd recommend Katherine without hesitation to any family looking for knowledgeable, caring support for their babies!

Katherine helped us out overnight as a postpartum doula for about ten nights after our baby arrived and she was truly wonderful. She brought such a calm, nurturing presence to our home - exactly what we needed in those early days. Katherine was professional, attentive, and very accommodating to our needs and preferences. She followed our instructions carefully while also offering thoughtful tips on feeding and newborn care that were genuinely helpful.

Having her there made a huge difference in helping us get rest and feel more confident as new parents. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for warm, reliable postpartum support.

My wife and I hired Katherine as a Newborn Care Specialist to care for our daughter for twelve weeks. Her time with us began in early March, on our first night home from the birth hospital. She provided newborn care for four nights per week. 

She was extremely gentle and patient with my infant daughter's fussiness, and non-judgemental while demonstrating knowledge that is helpful in a wide variety of situations, from sleep (e.g. safe sleep best practices, creating a bedtime routine, etc), to play time (e.g. helping her relax if she gets upset during tummy time), diapering, bathing, safety, etc. She was consistently punctual and respectful of our home, and provided much-needed support in getting us off to a good start as new parents.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Katherine and would highly recommend her to any family considering a post partum doula (this being our second time having one). First, Katherine is *so* professional and knowledgeable. From recognizing the symptoms of our baby's abnormal reflux (later diagnosed as GERD) and helping us manage it to giving us ideas on how to change breastmilk/formula ratios more gradually to ensure it wasn't a shock to our daughter's system to sharing many soothing techniques as she quickly learned our daughter's cues, we were impressed by how she always had different ideas for us and shared them in a collaborative and non-judgemental way. Second, Katherine also clearly loves babies! She was so sweet with our daughter and we could always rest knowing she was in such capable, professional hands. Katherine also was incredibly respectful and aware of being in our home, moving seemingly silently when cleaning bottles or pump parts, which we really appreciated. Katherine's reserved but warm and professional style was a perfect fit for our family and surely would be for yours! We are so grateful for the 10 weeks we all spent with Katherine - she really set our family up well to welcome our second daughter, who I'll note sleeps incredibly well (and was by the time we had stopped working together!). Definitely a talented and caring PPD!!
