Kristina was such an amazing support before, during, and after the birth of our son. She answered every question my husband and I had. She put my mind at ease when there were times I was extremely nervous during labor. She is very knowledgeable and reassuring in every decision that was made. I will never forget the positive impact she made during my labor and delivery. I had to get a c section and she sat next to me the whole time and that support right there was so comforting and I will remember it the rest of my life. I loved working with her??

Kristina is the first doula I have worked with. I hired her for my third baby because I wanted a smoother experience than my 2nd. She was a great support for me and my husband during labor. Even though I felt like I was already well prepared it helped to talk through labor plans with Kristina ahead of time. She then helped me with postpartum support for the two months following delivery. She helped with everything from letting my older kids run around outside, folding laundry and tidying the kitchen to checking in on how I was processing my delivery experience. It was a big relief to know Kristina would be here each week to help with whatever I needed at the moment.

Kristina was absolutely wonderful to work with and a huge blessing to my husband and me. We loved her calm, delightful demeanor from the very beginning, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout our whole journey. It meant so much to us, and especially to me as a first time mom, to have her guidance throughout my pregnancy and her presence in my labor/delivery. She helped make this experience such a joyful, cherished memory, and we will be forever grateful!

Kristina was wonderful to work with.  She helped my husband and I feel prepared and safe for the birth experience.  She provided resources and helped us create a birth plan that we felt comfortable with.  Overall, it was a great experience!

We would highly recommend Kristina as a birth doula. She was professional, calm, collected, and flexible. We went from desiring a natural birth with little to no interventions to having a planned c-section due to our baby being breech. Kristina made it a habit of making sure our decisions were what we wanted, gave us new information and support when we had to adapt, was never judgemental or opinionated on what she thought we should do, and adapted to our plan alongside us. Thankfully she was allowed to be in the OR with us and was a big help when I had some troubles while they stitched me up and my husband was with our daughter. I'm so thankful for the all the photos she captured for us and her presence that morning. It was certainly not the birth we thought it would be or had hoped for but Kristina was encouraging, helpful, and supportive through all the changes. 

Our meetings with her leading up to the birth were helpful as we critically thought about what was most important to us, what we were fearful of, and what we were excited about. She was always looking to set us up for success by supporting our knowledge and desires instead of being pushy or obtrusive with her own opinions. 

She is knowledgeable, steady, and kind which was exactly what we were looking for in a doula. Hopefully Kristina can coach us through a vaginal birth in the future.

Kristina was an amazing doula! From getting to know me and my husband and our desires before labor, to supporting me with comfort measures and explaining things/ reminding me of things during labor, to helping me remember the chain of events of labor and work through the parts that didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked- I was truly supported the whole way! She helped me achieve my VBAC and I would definitely hire her again!
