Postpartum limits/restrictions: When the baby comes to light, my hope is that parents are supported in their choices, are respected and feel that they are not alone through the journey of becoming parents. I provide guidance on best practices and evidence based options for the parents to increase their intuition. It is my honor to walk alongside families wether they experienced their dream birth, or a different one, to help process and navigate the days and weeks of postpartum during the "whole-family-birthing" period.

Post a testimonial for Noemi Martinez-Bary CLC, PD(DONA)

We can't thank Noemj enough for the support she gave to our family during the fourth trimester. The difference was night and day from when we had our first child, where we were figuring it out all on our own. She went above and beyond to help me heal physically and mentally, accomplish tasks around the house, help with our eldest daughter and provide great insight on all my lactation questions. More importantly, Noemi helped instill balance, coach us and most importantly, allowed us to rest and recharge when we needed it. Knowing that we had someone that we could depend on to care for not only me, but for our entire family during this beautiful-but-stressful time, made all the difference. She allowed us to really enjoy this time together, and she brought such a warm, positive energy into our home.

Noemi helped us make a very smooth transition from hospital to home, especially with some challenges around breastfeeding. We had a 4 year old at the time, but having another was not as simple as rinse and repeat. We had a lot to learn and adjustments to make! Her generosity was not only a reassurance that we did not have to be alone in parenthood, but it was also humbling to see her heart and passion behind such kind of care. We are forever grateful for bringing Noemi into our home!
