I was a volunteer Senior Sisters Director for the Teen Life Center; a teenage crisis pregnancy support center in NW Houston. I've mentored teen moms and worked with the center for over 2 years. I still maintain close ties. I’ve also trained overseas has a Birth Doula with Wombs of the World.

I serve women who want a healthy and holistic start to motherhood. Whether you are dealing with a high risk pregnancy, need reassurance or support, or are a first time mom, I’m here to help you enter motherhood feeling calm and empowered. I am a certified Postpartum & Nutritional Doula, as well as a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS). Postpartum services include: Womb healing Belly binding Herbal preparations Pampering baths/sessions Plant-based meal prep Overnight Infant care Baby laundry Nursery organizing & restocking Support with nursing and bottle/feeding Creating sleep routines Guidance, education and advice on infant development and mother care
