Michaela was a true hero during our post partum journey. Personality-wise, she's the perfect combination of a total professional who can answer all of your questions and be the baby-whisperer you need, while also being a friend you actually enjoy having around the house. During the newborn stages of little sleep when we began to dread the night, knowing Michaela was on her way was a source of hope, joy, and relief!  She's one of those people who knows what to do in every situation without having to be told, and she's very knowledgeable, open minded, never judgmental, to your own parenting choices. Highly recommend.

Michaela is a godsend! My husband went back to work a week after our baby was due and I was still recovering from a difficult delivery. Michaela was flexible in her scheduling and was able to support us on very short notice. I will admit - I was hesitant! How could someone know the rhythm of our household and what needed to be done? Well... Michaela did! She is not only warm, friendly and a pleasure to chat with.. she also is a self-starter and just knew what needed to be done to help us out. I thoroughly enjoyed our week with her and highly recommend her. Don't think twice about it - you will be grateful for the help! She is worth every penny and more. Thank you for being an amazing support person during our time of need!

We feel so lucky to have found Michaela! She worked with us at night for several weeks after the birth of our second son. Michaela is very knowledgeable about babies and I think she is an actual baby-whisperer. Not only was I able to relax and get some much-needed rest on the nights that she was here, but I also learned a lot about infant care, something I wasn't expecting given that I have already been through the newborn stage once before. She is great at communicating about what went on overnight and following up with ideas and suggestions. I highly recommend Michaela -- we immediately felt at ease with her and trusted that our babe was in great hands.

Michaela has the ability to provide a new parent with the very thing they crave the most: a teammate you can trust to care for your newborn so you can exhale a much-needed sigh of relief. During an incredibly uncertain and scary time, Michaela navigated our household amidst a public health crisis with confidence and ease. I was able to recharge and rejuvenate so that I could continue caring for and homeschooling my older child, which was invaluable to me during the early fourth trimester. Michaela has the experience and knowledge to impart excellent advice for caring for and trouble-shooting your newborn, but also knows when to let the parent do the parenting. It truly does take a village to raise a child; without family nearby, Michaela became a critical part of our family's village. I cannot recommend her enough.

Michaela was referred to us by another postpartum doula because we needed more overnight help with my twins when they were born. She jumped right in and took over for us at night with ease. We always knew our babies were safe with Michaela. Her calm and kind personality really helped us when we were so stressed out, and we always looked forward to when she would arrive. There was a need for my husband to be away for 3 nights for work and Michaela was able to do overnight care for us for all 3 nights! It was such a blessing! We would highly recommend Michaela for postpartum doula care.

We had the opportunity to have Michaela help care for our newborn during the nighttime a few times a week up until our daughter was 2.5 months old and started sleeping longer through the night. It was incredibly helpful to have Michaela's help in those first couple months especially when my husband was traveling and I needed some extra sleep. Michaela was wonderful to work with, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and was always so helpful. She would stay up through the night taking care of our daughter. She helped us really establish her sleep habits. She also was wonderful in helping with improving her bottle feedings. Michaela had so many great tips and ideas to share, but was also very flexible in helping in any way possible. She was a delight to have and we look forward to keeping in touch!

I highly recommend Michaela as a doula for anyone looking for an amazing doula for their baby or babies. She came right into my house to be an added team member to help take care of my baby, she empowered me that I can be a strong mother and still go back to work. She provides support when you think you don't even know you need it but then can say " wow" thank you that was a great idea or way to care for my baby. I never felt overwhelmed after having her at my home afte rthe first week. She provides support, gives great suggestions, really cares for you as a mother and your baby. You will be amazed how helpful she is and how great things go with her care. I highly recommed her to all of my pregnant freinds.

Michaela is amazing!  My son was a terrible sleeper in his first few months and I came across Michaela online at like 2am during a feeding, and it was just so perfect. I was exhausted and desperate and I saw that she offered overnight Post Partum support so I reached out immediately. She’s friendly, flexible, and, most importantly, great at what she does. The rest of the family slept through night while she was the baby whisperer with my son. She tracked his food intake, diapers, and sleep and offered me a chance to recharge. I strongly recommend her!!

Michaela is a bonafide newborn and infant whisperer. It was such wonderful respite to have her in our home, intuitively helping with all of the numerous things that new moms (and new babies) need. She is kind, compassionate and caring. There is truly no better individual to have in your life to offer comfort, infant care and support during this unique period of time.
