Tina was our doula back when we had our oldest in 2022. Her support was monumental to me having the unmedicated birth I wanted, as well as getting off to a great start with breastfeeding. She was super helpful in educating us before birth, providing hands on support during labor and delivery, and following up postpartum. I would recommend Tina to anyone!

Having Tina as a doula is not a want, it’s an ESSENTIAL NEED. Once you take the first right step of calling her make sure you set up the Hypnobirthing package as well. I had a nearly pain free and totally stress free natural experience that was only possible because Tina had prepped me weeks before and guided me the whole time. It’s crucial to add that when things went super left post delivery Tina added unwavering support for both me and my husband and my newborn! We would have been lost without her. Just give her a call.

Tina was absolutely amazing. We hired her as my doula very early on in my pregnancy and she was worth her weight in gold. From birthing classes, to pregnancy/postpartum education, to actual birth support she was wonderful. Her support during my birth experience which did not exactly go to plan was invaluable. She also did a wonderful job processing my placenta. Highly recommend her!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Tina! We loved her from day one. Her personality is warm and comforting. That worked for me. Her personality can also be straight forward and more logical. That worked for my husband. She makes herself available anytime, day or night. She is passionate about birth but will never push you in a direction you are not comfortable with. She was an essential part of my birth and I couldn't have made it through 19.5 hours of labor without her suggestions and support!

As a military family you often find yourself away from family or needing that extra support. This was my 4th child and I felt prepared for what was to come, however, I felt I was missing that support that I craved from another woman. I didn't have family near going through my pregnancy and labor and after meeting Tina, I knew that I had support system and fighter in my corner. From the prenatal visits and lessons in my home to the labor and delivery, Tina made me feel so supported physically and mentally. I know she put her comfort on the back burner to endure my marathon labor that ended with my first girl after three wonderful boys! Having Tina as part of my pregnancy and labor was priceless. Thank you, Tina!

I hired Tina to coach me during the delivery of my 4th baby, who was born in June. Just some back story, baby 1 was born via C-section due to breech position, baby 2 was a 22 hour VBAC ending with 104 stiches. Baby 3 was a textbook 10 hour American labor and delivery with an epidural and 3 stitches. After my second baby (the 22-hour ordeal), I had wanted to hire a doula in hopes of avoiding an epidural, lessen the number of stitches, shorten labor and reduce the risk of bleeding too much. I piddled around thinking that doulas really only did stuff in the last trimester and during delivery. Once I began looking, I found Tina. I could immediately tell that Tina empathized with my birth wishes and that she had a strong enough personality to stand up for me and advocate for me if need be. She also proved herself to be knowledgeable by offering alternative solutions to procedures I didn't want done or products I did not want used. Leading up to my delivery Tina worked with both my husband and I on exercises and other techniques to loosen my body and get it ready for labor. She also offered prenatal massage, Which was worth her fees on its own!! When the day, well night, came, she was at my side as soon as possible. My labor moved very, very quickly. I was a hot mess and Tina talked me down, convinced me I should wear clothes to go to the hospital. She helped me be in the position I wanted to be in, and kept me focused on how to push correctly. All said and done, my entire labor was less than 2 hours, only 18 minutes at the hospital until the baby came, I had no injury, and I did not bleed out! I attribute this 100% to Tina's coaching. She stayed for several hours after the deliver to ensure I was okay. She checked on me again after I got home and taught be about bengkung belly wrapping. Don't skip this! All in all, my birth experience with Tina was fantastic. My only regret is that I didn't call her sooner!!!

Tina was absolutely amazing for me as a doula. This was my first baby and my dr was the one who suggested I hire a doula especially since I wanted to have a natural birth. I'm happy I found and chose Tina as my doula. She was super supportive while I was pregnant gave me great suggestions on stretches to try and recommended me to a chiropractor to help with my round ligament pain. Honestly without that I wouldnt have been able to work as long as I did. I ended up having to be induced and spent a very long 4 days in the hospital before I actually delivered. Tina was right there with me that whole time helping to progress my labor and there to support me when it got really tough. I am so thankful for all she did. I 100% reccomend anyone who is thinking about hiring a doula do it! Tina is amazing and she gives you the support and education to fight for the birth you want!

I never considered a doula or even knew what one was before talking to Tina. I then thought it was an unnecessary expense, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Tina was so helpful throughout my entire pregnancy and I couldn’t have imagined labor without her. Durning pregnancy she always checked on baby and me, provided advice, knowledge and A prenatal yoga video.
When I went into labor I had awful back pain since baby was facing the wrong way. Not only did Tina help me get baby facing the correct way, she also alleviated a lot of my pain with different techniques. She provided a lot of emotional and mental support, reminding me of my wants for this birth and being my voice when I felt vulnerable. She remained with my husband and me all 17 hours and even told helped him support me physically and emotionally. Tina never complained or seemed burdened through the long labor. She was incredibly supportive and really exceeded all of my expectations! Even took priceless photos of my husband and I. Whoever chooses Tina as a doula is extremely lucky and in very good hands.

We had a doula with our first child and knew we wanted to have a doula again. Tina came prepared from the beginning. She had a lot of resources and provided additional information as we prepared for our next child.
As the due date got closer, Tina came to our home several times to help ensure our baby was in position and ready. When it was time to go to the hospital, Tina spent the entire labor and delivery with us. She was invaluable while I labored and provided comfort and many many back massages. She knew exactly where to provide additional counter pressure during contractions. She was a calm voice of reason as we got closer to meeting our son. Thanks to Tina, we had a wonderful delivery.
Post delivery, Tina worked with the hospital staff to acquire my placenta to be encapsulated. I was concerned about post partum depression and ensuring my milk supply was adequate for my son. Tina personally prepared and encapsulated my placenta. Not going to lie, it was weird at first, but I feel 10x better after this pregnancy than I did with my first. I can't help but think the placenta encapsulation was a huge part of it.
Overall, Tina was extremely professional and comforting. She helped my husband and I feel at ease as we welcomed our second child into the world. Thank you Tina!

You NEED Tina as your doula! She was completely invaluable to my pregnancy, labor, delivery AND postpartum experience. I could have paid Tina with my right arm and I‘d still feel she was underpaid.
My first birth (a breech csection) went so terribly, I nearly didn’t have more children. So this time around I knew I needed to go into this with an ally early on. Tina was there for me every step of the way. She went above and beyond my expectations time and time again with her knowledge and professionalism. She was a warm and calming presence throughout my entire experience.
I was able to have a natural VBAC and the exact birth I had hoped for thanks to Tina. I am convinced that without her not only would I not have had the confidence to fight for my VBAC (there were several people-doctors- who tried to talk me out of it) but my delivery experience would have been extremely stressful/traumatic.
I cannot even list all the ways she helped me over the past year. She coached my husband and I one on one for delivery, instructed us how to prevent our baby from being breech. Helped me select the doctors who would support me and my plan and encouraged me to advocate for myself when the doctors and nurses tried to push me around. Stretched my back and hips when I could barely walk in the third trimester. And just overall made my pregnancy/ delivery a peaceful experience even under extreme stressors.
I will be forever grateful that I had Tina by my side throughout this experience and cannot imagine having more kids without her on my birthing team!

As a first time mother, giving birth and having no family near to help with support was a bit daunting. As soon as my husband and I met Tina, we knew we wanted her to be part of our birth team! Tina helped to get my transverse baby engaged before birth and even spent the 3 days prior to his delivery with me doing everything we could to get my very slow labor to progress naturally. In the end we had to deviate from the original birth plan, but Tina was able to ensure I still had the best birthing experience possible. After birth she came by to make sure we were all acclimating well, teach us how to do the Bengkung belly binding, and give us some assistance in better breastfeeding. I would 100% recommend her to any expecting mama out there!

I am happy that Tina was part of my doula team. She was great at keeping me comfortable during pregnancy and checked on me at our appointments. She even let me use her birthing stool during labor and delivery! I would recommend Tina to any mom who wants extra assistance and care during their pregnancy, delivery and birth experience.

Tina was absolutely amazing!! Very supportive of all of our decisions and even reminded me when the pediatrician was trying to push me into something I didn't want to do. We had every plan for a natural birth with no medications but baby girl decided she didn't like our plan. Instead we ended up with a csection because she was breech. Tina kept me calm during pre-OP and kept making sure I was okay, I couldn't appreciate that more because things were moving so fast. We had plans for Tina to be with me and my husband would meet us in recovery. She even suggested a clear drape, and we got our wish and I couldn't have been happier. When she came they dropped the main drape and I could see my baby girl through the clear one. She looked perfect!!!! I couldn't be happier!! Our experience wouldn't have been as smooth without Tina and having her with us reminded me why they said doulas are great for any birth. If we still live in this area when we have baby number 3, we plan on hiring Tina again for a very hopeful VBAC.

Tina was amazing! I had a very rough birth with my first child and was determined to have a different and better experience with my second so I started researching doulas and found Tina. I knew from the very first phone interview that Tina would be a good fit for us. She is so knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about what she does! She listened to all my fears and worries during my pregnancy and was always always supportive. I know the techniques she taught and the advice she gave in the months before delivery, along with the support she provided my husband and I during labor and delivery were what allowed me to have the natural, unmedicated and positive birth experience that I wanted. She stayed with me after the birth to make sure we were all ok and settled and has continued to provide postpartum support since we've been home. I would highly recommend Tina!

My contractions started around 2am; I text Tina at 3 and told her that I was contacting and going to lay back down, I received a quick text back to say OK text me in the morning. She came over at 9 AM and start working on spinning baby exercises, walking, sitting on her birthing chair, massaging me and did other exercises to prepare me for labor. I had an appt scheduled at my OB that morning, Tina and I went together to that. When my doctor checked me I was at 2cm, contracting every 15-20 minutes. We decided we would come home and let let my labor naturally progress in the comfort of my home. We headed to the hospital around 6 PM and was 4 cm. My contractions were sporadic but getting much stronger. Tina continued to offer different labor positions to work through my contractions. I found out 2 weeks before my due date that my OB was not supportive of my birth plan (even though she was fully aware I planned a natural birth) from the beginning. Tina kept reminding me of my rights and that although my doctor suggested breaking my water around 7pm, that we did not have to do that and it was safe to continue laboring naturally. That was one of the biggest at benefits Tina provided; reminding us of our options and the choices we made on our birth plan when I was being pressured to deviate from what I had planned. At 11 pm I felt as though I was reaching for my breaking point- I was 8 cm and exhausted. Tina reminded me that we were almost there and that I could do this. By 1 am, I was ready to push.I delivered my daughter at 1:53 am.
Tina is very knowledgeable and suppportive and was a huge asset to my natural birth. But I thank Tina the most in the fact that because she kept us on track with our birth plan, my husband and I have a stronger bond than ever from experiencing the birth of our daughter together. I will forever be grateful to her, for that.

We recently had the pleasure of having Tina as our doula for the birth of our son. She is knowledgeable and was absolutely phenomenal from our first meeting. She met with my husband and me several times before I delivered to ensure we were all comfortable with each other and that she knew our birth plan. Her visits never felt rushed and she always made sure I had everything I needed to prepare for an unmedicated birth. When I went a week+ past my due date and my doctor suggested induction (much to my reluctantancy), she immediately came over to talk through my options and continued to work with me to make sure baby was in an optimal position for delivery. I did end up being induced and when my labor progressed more quickly than expected, a 3:00am text message to Tina had her at our hospital in STL within an hour. My husband and I wanted to have a more intimate labor/delivery with no other family present and Tina was the perfect fit for us. Not only did she provide amazing support for me, but she also helped to support my husband and helped him help me. She was the perfect balance of being super involved while also allowing my husband to be my primary support person when I needed him. She helped to make sure I stayed focused and calm during delivery, and even helped me find a position that was most productive for pushing. I am a first time mom, and because of the support we received from Tina, I was able to deliver our 8lb 9oz baby in a hospital setting completely naturally/unmedicated. She made sure my voice was always heard and I truly can't thank her enough. Having Tina as our doula was worth every penny and more.

Tina is absolutely wonderful! She helped us so much throughout the pregnancy to keep me physically comfortable, more mentally prepared for all things pregnancy/delivery/after, and able to feel in control of my delivery. I don’t think I would’ve been able to naturally deliver my beautiful 9.2 lb baby girl without Tina’s guidance and care.
I would recommend her to all moms!

While stationed overseas with my husband we had the chance to start a family. We had been trying for almost two years. I was getting a prenatal massage when the lady started talking about a birth plan and if I had thought about geting a doula. I had never really heard about doulas so I went home and looked it up. I was thrilled! I thought it was the perfect thing for us since we had no family who could be there for us. Unfortunately I could not afford one and had some help but my birth was rough. The people who were supposed to be there for me were not, and my whole birth was just a disaster, besides the whole beautiful miracle. I met Tina at a birthing class. She sat next to me while she explained stuff to all of us mom's. I really liked her personality and wished she could've of been in the playing cards beforehand. Luckily, Tina had saw me the day I went in for my emergency induction and she followed up with me a couple of days after I got out of the hospital. I had told her everything about how I felt alone and I was a wreck. The person who was supposed to help me never came back and I was just a mess. She told me she would be over as soon as I sent her my address and started helping me out. We worked out a pay plan so I wasn't burdened and we came up with a schedule to help me out. The best thing that ever happened to me or my baby has been Tina just "checking up". She probably saved me from a really dark path. She helped me feel human again and I could never repay her for that... Doulas are a rare thing, but they shouldn't be. I was so blessed to meet Tina. I hope one day, if I decide for another baby, she will be there by my side helping me along every minute. I couldn't do it without her.

Tina was so far beyond amazing. We didnt contact her until later in my pregnancy but she taught us so much and really made a connection. Living in Italy and being away from family was hard on us but knowing she was a call away made us much more comfortable. Throughout labor she was there every step of the way. She was the reason I got through my 32 hour labor with no pain meds and didnt give up! My husband and Tina were my biggest motivators and kept me going. All in all, if I could go back in time I wouldn't change a thing. My little boy is here in the world and she was a huge part of it. I'm eternally grateful and will be calling her for our next baby for sure!
