We are first time parents and Nicole was a great asset to have while on the journey to having our first child. She treated us with compassion and kindness and was easy to communicate with when needed. She gave us so much knowledge for us to make a plan that we were comfortable with. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my doula. She was such a steady, calming, grounded presence throughout my entire home birth experience. From the moment contractions started, she brought the most supportive, reassuring energy into our space. She knew exactly how to comfort me, how to help my body work with each wave, and how to keep both my husband and me feeling safe, supported, and empowered.

Her birth education class before labor was incredibly helpful and truly prepared us for what to expect. She continued to check on us after the birth with the same warmth and dedication she showed from the very beginning. One of the most special touches was the handmade placenta print she created as a keepsake — something I will treasure forever.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Nicole's incredible support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. From our very first meeting, she provided me with a wealth of resources that made me feel super prepared for the birth experience I wanted.

Nicole was truly supportive of my VBAC goals, helping me navigate the hospital environment and advocating for my wishes every step of the way. During early labor, she came to my home and offered invaluable assistance with labor pains, guiding me on when it was time to head to the hospital. Her presence was a source of confidence, making me feel empowered to communicate my needs to the nursing staff and doctors.

When the moment came, Nicole was right by my side, helping me stay informed and calm, even when I struggled to think clearly. She celebrated every milestone with me, and her joy when I finally progressed past 4cm was a touching highlight of the experience. It was clear she was not only there physically but also emotionally and mentally, paying attention to every detail and ensuring my needs were met.

Despite the challenges, including a cord wrapped around my baby’s neck, I achieved a successful VBAC, and I know Nicole played a huge role in that success. I felt supported and advocated for, which made all the difference.
