I was interested in a home birth free of intervention. Bailey was knowledgeable and able to provide information to support that vision. I had to make many choices throughout pregnancy and Bailey was always neutral and supportive as I navigated new territory. With her wisdom and experience, I felt safe.
It was a transformative experience to give birth in the intimacy of my own home. The familiarity of my surroundings and security of the space gave me the freedom to birth my baby at my own pace, to break through each wave with vulnerability and unknown strength. I could trust Bailey to tend to unspoken needs as I dove deep into the unknown.
Baileys presence was priceless. Nothing could have prepared me for the power of birth, but having her constant support, guidance and calm strength created space for me to remain tranquil through the intensity of labor and birth.

Bailey is AMAZING!! I spent my entire second trimester studying 10-12 hours/day, 7 days a week for a licensing exam. When I finished my exam, it was only about 6 weeks till my due date and I still had an entire business to run almost by myself. Needless to say, I didn't have time to take the hypnotherapy course I had hoped to take to prepare to deliver our first baby. My mother and I each independently searched for a Doula that met my criteria and we each chose Bailey as our first choice, separately. We made the right choice 100%. I knew that even though my husband and I were going into labor feeling not completely prepared, Bailey had our back in every way. And she did. When I wanted to give in during my 37-hour completely au naturale labor, and my sister and my husband wanted to give in, Bailey stood our ground for us and with us. When we faced pressure from nurses and doctors and my midwife to do things in ways that were not aligned with our birth plan, Bailey was the one who pushed back and got us through it. I am forever grateful for her calm, peaceful, strong, beautiful, powerful energy and presence. I feel so lucky that we found her and can't imagine having given birth with anyone else. Thank you, Bailey.
