Sharifa has truly been a Godsend. She was my doula for my only child and she is full of knowledge, a great source for resources, calming and patient. Anything I need for baby she would give me great options or send me information on what I would need to do to get what I need. She doesn’t give up easily, if you desire for something to go a certain way she will support you to achieve it. I love the holistic options she had to help my baby so I wouldn’t have to put all the medicine that traditional medicine would prescribe. She truly loves her job and it is radiated through her care for mom and baby. She’s kept me sane and healthy throughout this entire pregnancy pre and post. I highly recommend her and guarantee quality when working with her.

Sharifa was a crucial part of our Pregnancy journey from the very beginning. We relocated to New York state, as first time parents without any local support Sharifa was always there for us. She helped us seek out the best options for the baby and getting acclimated to the area. We also hired her to do five weeks of classes. She worked with us on our schedule and our budget. Her support was very much appreciated. And to know that we can still reach out even after the baby is born is an awesome thing. I look forward to working with her in the future.

Sharifa and I attended Massage Therapy school together and I was fortunate enough to have received several pregnancy massages from her. She was very aware of my needs, as I was 9 months pregnant at the time. She was also incredibly compassionate and made sure that I was always comfortable. I could see the passion she had for becoming a doula, and I truly believe that she will more than fulfill that role. I would recommend her to anyone and am confident that they would have a wonderful experience!

Sharifa was my postpartum and bereavement doula. She took her time with me. She was very gentle with meeting my emotional, spiritual and physical needs. Her approach for getting me on my path of healing and rebirth was amazing. I could not have asked for more. When we were through, I told her that I felt like a child leaving for my very first day of school. I was nervous, but excited at the reality of my new life. Today, I understand that my intuition and my decisions will get me to where I am born to be...doing what I am born to do. I'm definitely still in the healing process. It's a daily journey, but Sharifa has been kind enough to remain available to me by phone to help me arrive at some of the answers or to generate some of the questions while on my journey. I can't thank her enough for guiding me in realizing my purpose. Now, it's for me to do the work.
