I cannot speak highly enough of Ciara. My husband and I worked with her as our birth doula and are so glad we did.

Ciara was incredibly helpful leading up to labor/birth, answering all of our questions with informative, unbiased answers, and supporting us in our decisions. I ended up going into labor two weeks early and being taken to the hospital by ambulance. Ciara rushed to the hospital immediately, despite delivering twins just the night before. She was invaluable during what turned out to be a higher risk, scary labor/delivery, advocating for us every step of the way.

My postpartum experience has been difficult, and she continues to support me, helping with referrals and just generally checking in. She's a good person and an excellent doula, and we feel honored to know her. Thank you, Ciara!

Ciara is an incredible birth guardian. She guided me through the roller coaster ride of an unmedicated first time birthing experience flawlessly. As the experience became more intense, I started to feel a bit lost and overwhelmed. After Ciara arrived she kept me easily on the path and enabled me to feel safe, secure, and confident while giving birth. I would have been quite lost without her. I attribute my magical, uncomplicated delivery to Ciara's guiding light. 

Ciara also gave great advice for how to prepare beforehand. She offered resources and asked guiding questions. She was easy to get ahold of before during and after delivery.

Ciara is also an experienced photographer and we have her to thank for some beautiful photos of our family directly after birth.

I'm so happy that we had Ciara as our birth doula. I do not know how could have I done it without her. My labor was long and very hard. She was with me and my husband throughout the whole journey. She was very supportive, calm and collected when I was at the end of my rope and in so much pain I couldn't even undertsnd what doctors were saying. I know I would have different (worse) birth experience without Ciara by my side. In addition, Ciara was very attentive before labor (we had calls, exchange text messages and had couple video calls and in peroxide visit). I felt Ciara's support and couldn't have asked for more. 
Also, postpartum was very hard for me. When I reached to Ciara about a week after birth, she came to our home and talked to me for almost 3h! She provided me support I needed, and helped me to understand what's happening and sort my feelings. 
If you are looking for birth doula that will listen to you, support and be your advocate as well as be there for you when you need, you found her! Hiring Ciara was the best decision. I will for sure ask Ciara to be my birt doula for my 2nd baby (when the time comes).

Hiring Ciara was the best decision I made in my birth plan. Ciara's gift is that she pairs a special ability to listen and hold space with a vast knowledge and years of education on the mechanics of birth. There was no question I could ask her about the pregnancy and birth experience that wasn't met with an answer filled with empathy AND years of education + experience. She is the perfect teammate if you feel afraid of birth. She will listen to you, laugh with you, provide you with resources and strategies, acknowledge the hard, and she'll coach you to the finish line. (Literally. I truly believe how she coached me while I was pushing was the reason I was able to deliver vaginally and avoid a c-section.) I hope she will be with me at all my births, I don't want to bring a baby into this world without Ciara's help!

We chose Ciara to be our doula for my second delivery. Her knowledge and experience helped us so much in the process and she gave me the utmost confidence in my birth experience. Ciara helped me unpack my fears and worries from my first traumatic birth experience and helped me gain strength, knowledge and empowerment for this birth. She was thorough in her approach, the ways she could assist us and what we could expect from different stages of birth. She is a great source of knowledge, and recommended great reading material for us. Hiring a doula, specifically Ciara was the best decision for my partner and I and having her in the room with us made a big impact. My birth experience was beautiful and empowered, and I have Ciara to thank for that for creating a safe space for us to be open and ourselves. I highly recommend her for knowledge, exquisite care and empathy for others and her passion for what she does.

We were so fortunate to have Ciara present for our son's birth. Due to some last minute changes, Ciara stepped in for our original Doula but she didn't miss a beat and her open and warm presence made me feel instantly calm and comforatble. 

As this was my first pregnancy and labor experience, having Ciara there meant I felt safe and supported during every aspect of my very long and exhausting labor. She was encouraging, reassuring, annd most importantly, made sure my husband and I felt informed during every new and challenging experience. I would absolutely recommend Ciara to anyone looking for a Doula. Her personal and professional experiences make her absoutely perfect for this work and anyone would be lucky and in the best of hand to have her by their side.

We are so grateful that we had Ciara as our doula and would highly recommend her. I gave birth during the Coronavirus outbreak, so the intense experience of delivering a baby felt more overwhelming because I was only allowed to have her and my husband with me in hospital.

From when we first met her, Ciara was calming, welcoming, and empathetic. Once the hospitals started increasing their restrictions, Ciara was on top of things and would check in on me to see how I was doing in the weeks leading up to delivery.

During labor and delivery, Ciara had a great intuiton about what we needed. When my husband was unsure about how to help, she coached him on what he could do. When I was struggling, she encouraged me in a caring, but firm way. In additon to that, she took beautiful photos of the delivery and our baby that we could share with family who weren't allowed to visit us in the hospital.

After our baby was born, Ciara checked in with us multiple times. When we had some questions about baby's fussiness, she was a wealth of knowledge. She was so helpful to have throughout the whole process (and my husband says "I don't know what we would have done without her.") I would strongly recommend Ciara to any mother looking for that extra support!

Ciara was the best money I’ve ever spent. From the time we hired her, she was extremely helpful. She provided resources when I had a complication around 20 weeks that made the system easier to navigate. She made me feel confident and prepared for the birth and was invaluable during my labor, which lasted two days. I honestly don't know if I could have done it without her. I would recommend her highly to anyone that is pregnant.

Ciara was our doula and no words can describe just how much her presence meant to us and helped during the birth of our first child. We weren’t sure about having a doula and let me tell anyone trying to decide, DEFINITELY have a doula and preferably Ciara!! She was so important to my feeling safe, reassured, and taken care of during labor and also keeping my husband’s worries about me at bay. Her ability to hold a quiet space for you is incredible. She was so steady and calm. A true comfort and source of strength for me. We both love Ciara and are so grateful she was part of the birth.
