Absolutely LOVE Sarah!
During pregnancy Sarah answered any and all questions that I had. Provided me with informational articles about anything I may have been asking about..
Sarah was very supportive when there was a change of birth plans as well! The support she provided made me feel much more comfortable during my cesarean section. I cannot say enough good things about Sarah. She is phenomenal.

Sarah is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. From a quick question to full blown labor support she is always there for anyone and everyone.

I had the wonderful experience of working with Sarah as my doula. By far the experience exceeded my expectations. Along the way Sarah was my go to for questions during the pregnancy and she was super responsive in a timely manner. She handled more of my general questions than my medical team. During delivery, Sarah was the grounding force every second (of a long process). She never left my side. Her calm voice guided me and her gentle touch helped me focus. Having my little one 6 weeks early was unexpected and difficult and having Sarah there meant everything. I wish everyone could have the experience of working with a doula, especially Sarah. Thank you Sarah-forever grateful. ??

Sarah helped me through two of my four pregnancies/deliveries. Even though they were my third and fourth babies, I knew I needed some extra support, not only for myself, but for my husband, as these were my first two natural birth experiences. I'm so thankful she was there to help us get through both of them. They were really the best north experiences I could've asked for! Thank you Sarah/TDS! ??

I had the pleasure of hiring Sarah to be my Doula for my third pregnancy. I had pitocin and epidurals with both of my previous labors/births and wanted to go all natural this time and knew I’d need a little extra support! Sarah was great my entire pregnancy and always answered any questions I had, and believe me, I had plenty! My husband was a little unsure of spending the money on a Doula, but now, we are BOTH thankful that we did! I had the BEST birth experience this time and I couldn’t have done it without Sarah! She was there cheering me on every step of the way reminding me that I could do it and that my body was made for giving birth naturally! She kept my husband and I both calm, even when things got a little hectic towards the end! She helped me speak up for what I wanted and what I didn’t want to achieve my birth goal! Thank you so much for everything! I HIGHLY recommend hiring a Doula for your next baby, whether it’s your first or tenth!

Sarah is a very supporting and knowledgeable doula. I took a childbirth preparation class from her and learned a lot of information that helped me understand my options and how to advocate for myself. Although I could not afford to hire her (even though her prices are very reasonable), she has always answered any and all of my questions and supported me from afar during my delivery. I'd recommend her to any pregnant woman and I hope that for my next child I can have her helping me.

Sarah was so helpful during the birth of my daughter and has so many amazing and useful resources at her disposal to help her clients. You are definitely her most important Focus during your pregnancy and birth. Thank you so much Sarah I could not ask for a better doula!

Sarah was fantastic to work with. I asked her lots of questions throughout the end of my pregnancy and she always provided informational answers to help me make the choices I felt were best for me.
During labor she seemingly endlessly massaged my back through back pain, got what I needed for me when I asked, and made suggestions to help me obtain the birth I wanted. I was very glad to have someone who was very familiar with the hospital, their practices, and what they had available as my previous two children were born elsewhere. Sarah was a key part in helping me achieve my birth plan.

Why a doula? Why Sarah? I wanted a doula for the support. We are first time parents. When we became pregnant I didnt know what my/babies needs were. I have been around newborns, etc. but HAVING a baby is totally different! I wanted a natural birth. I did not want pain meds or lots of interventions. I met with Sarah and knew before the meeting was over that she was a good fit for us. Sarah provided us with additional information and resources throughout my pregnancy so that we could make the best decision for our pregnancy. She provided emotional support as well and never presented information in a biased way. I had a beautiful picture in my head of a natural birth, laboring in the birthing tub with no medication. What actually happened is that at 41 weeks and 5 days I was induced, had an epidural that didnt work) and ended up having a c-section. Prior to my epidural Sarah helped me focus pain during contractions and helped me with different birthing positions (my son did not tolerate the birthing tub or birthing ball-go figure!). Sarah was still by my side and was 100% supportive when the plan changed. Although I had an epidoural she was still there to help me focus my pain, massage my back and try to shift my baby. My husband was also involved and he was thankful that the job of coach was not just on his shoulders. She was present for all of us. When I got into the recovery room she was there to help baby boy latch so we could initiate breast feeding. When we dischared h she home she came over to check in. No matter the type of birth you want or who you want involved-if you want additional support a doula is right for you. Sarah is amazing and has found her calling in life. If we are lucky enough to have another child we will be utilizing her again. We are thankful that she is part of our birth story!

Even though Sarah and I became friends under awkward circumstances years ago, she has always been there for anything and one big thing was during my pregnancies. I have a 6 year old daughter and almost 18 month old son. As a first time mom with my daughter Sarah was very helpful with what she knew at the time. But since the years have passed, her knowledge for anything baby never ceases to amaze me. Me and my family moved 10 hours away when I was 32 weeks pregnant with my son but because of the knowledge she had shared with me and our pep talks, I give her credit for helping me with my pregnancy and birth. And all the help and information she was able to share helped me confidently breastfeed my son as well. If a woman came up to me and asked if I thought hiring a doula was a good idea and if I could recommend one, I wouldn't hesitate to give them Sarah's name. If I ever decide to have another baby, she will be by my side not only as a friend, but a doula as well. She's never forced me or any of our mutual mommy friends to do anything they didn't want to. She's always been supportive of any decision and welcomes any questions about pregnancy, birth, post-partum care for self or baby, breastfeeding, etc. Her passion for helping mothers and babies get the care and support they deserve is her number one priority and I hope that if you are reading this and are looking to hire a doula, call Sarah.
