As a first time mom desiring a completely natural birth, I explored the idea of working with a doula. But, my due date was quickly approaching and I had not found a doula. I reached out to Debbie with hopes that she would have a doula available for me and she certainly did! Debbie was so personable during my consult and made me feel as if I was her only client. She took my personal needs into consideration when matching me with my doula. Marcy was the perfect doula for me! My labor/delivery journey was LONG and tiresome but Marcy supported me fully in my desires to have no interventions and a complexly natural birth. She was at the hospital with us for 16 hours and never made me feel like a burden. I am extremely grateful for Debbie and Marcy. Despite me wanting to give up many times, Marcy stood beside me and provided the comfort and encouragement I needed to push forward. I can't imagine what my journey would've been like without the Mommy's Way Doula team!
