Over 15 years of clinical exerpience in Women's Health. I am a Certified Nurse Midwife and Nurse Practitioner, and leading consultant in the fields of postpartum, pelvic health, and global and cultural care.

Style of teaching

A modern & holistic approach to fertility, prenatal care, birth, and postpartum recovery. What began as a journey to help women recover from the physical trauma of childbirth and pregnancy has evolved into a mission to help women prepare for the changes of pregnancy and childbirth birth during their postpartum period.
