In-Person Conference
Below you’ll find the table for conference registration fees. The in-person conference includes speaker sessions, special sessions, welcome reception, breakfast (Fri-Sun) and the member meeting.
The pre-conference day is an optional add-on(fee) and an opportunity to dive deeper into subjects with longer sessions. There are two tracks for pre-cons; Track A and Track B and offer an additional 6 contact hours of education. For the full schedule of sessions please visit our Schedule Page Here.

Continuing Education
The DONA International Summit is one way we continue to provide the highest standard of evidence-based training and education to our members. The summit qualifies as formal continuing education for doula recertification and trainer reapproval with DONA International as well as most other childbirth certification organizations. The 2025 conference (and pre-cons) will offer the opportunity to earn aproxamately 18 continuing education hours.
Lamaze International, International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA), and most other childbirth certification organizations accept DONA International contact hours for continuing education. However, it is the individual registrant’s responsibility to ascertain whether this offering meets the requirements of their certifying organization. The registrant must attend a session in its entirety to receive continuing education credit for that session.
Pre-Conference Sessions
Pre-conference sessions are a great way to dive deeper into the topics offered and will be available on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 9:00 am PT – 4:30 pm PT. The pre-con sessions are not included in the main conference registration, as it’s an add-on opportunity for more in-depth learning. Details about the pre-conference offerings will be coming soon.

As part of our offering to exhibitors and sponsors, we share contact lists (names and email addresses) with conference vendors. Attendees can opt out during registration if desired.
Recordings
Video and/or audio recording of any session is strictly prohibited. Professional audio recordings may become available after the conference. Your attendance at this conference indicates your willingness to be photographed, filmed or recorded and utilized by DONA International for educational and informational purposes.
Social Media
We are excited about live tweeting, Instagramming, Facebook posting, and other social media activities with #DONA2025. Remember, the goal is to provide a snippet or flavor of the session and not be a virtual session. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind as you post.
Change in Program
DONA International reserves the right to substitute or cancel speakers and/or sessions.

Cancellations and Refund Requests
All refund requests for the in-person conference must be submitted in writing, postmarked by September 15, 2025, to the DONA International Home Office, 35 East Wacker Drive, Suite 850, Chicago, IL 60601.
For each in-person conference fee refund request, a non-refundable processing fee of $150 (US funds) will be retained in all cases. After September 15, 2025, you may transfer your registration to a substitute attendee, but you must notify the DONA International home office by calling 1-888-788-DONA (3662) or emailing dona@dona.org.
There are no refunds for cancellations after September 15, 2025. This is due to commitment dates to the venue (and other committed expenses). Participants who are registered for the in-person will automatically have access to the live-stream event via access to the conference app. There is no need to change the registration to reflect participating online rather than in-person.
There are no refunds for the keynote virtual live-stream event. Registration may be applied to the full in-person conference if the attendee would like to upgrade their registration (from virtual to in-person). Upgrades should be completed by September 15, 2025, please email dona@dona.org and education@dona.org to request upgrading from virtual to in-person.
