DONA International Birth Doula Skills Workshop (12-week)

Wednesday evenings, 6-9pm. September 7 - December 7. This course is perfect for people who want the depth and breadth of a quarter-long workshop. You’ll work closely with your cohort and senior instructor, Laurie Levy. This workshop fulfills three requirements towards DONA International certification for birth doulas: The Birth Doula Workshop, the Introduction to Childbirth and the Breastfeeding for Doulas course work requirements. Please be prepared to complete 2 hours of pre-work before each class. Last quarter’s students: “I am so, so glad for the 12-week format. I think I was able to get a deeper understanding of the topics by being able to do some pre-work and then have discussions with time to process everything in between.” “You are a wonderful teacher, Laurie! I would have never expected to feel so engaged in a three hour long zoom experience before this-- thank you for your humor, stories, knowledge and guidance as we begin our journeys as doulas and birth workers.”

Cost: $725.00

Instructor(s): Laurie Levy, MS, LMT, LCCE, CD/BDT(DONA)
