Reflexology For Birth

Would you like another tool to help your clients or patients have a better birth experience? As a certified Reflexologist and Doula, I have found Reflexology to be incredibly beneficial for my clients during birth. One of my clients recently told me she couldn't even feel her contractions when I was working on her feet! While I don't claim that every birthing person will have that experience; Reflexology helps to relax the body, can help with labor progression, reduces tension and calms the nervous system during labor. During this workshop you will learn Reflexology points on the feet that are beneficial for pain relief, relaxation and overall labor support. This is a hands-on workshop! You will be working with a partner so that you can receive and practice Reflexology. Feel free to sign up with a friend or we will find you a partner at the workshop. Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow and wear comfortable clothing.
