Viv was there for us every step of the way, through calls and texts and Facetimes, offering practical advice on everything from newborn care to breastfeeding (she's also a lactation consultant!), and provided much-needed emotional support. She truly saved our sanity during those first few weeks, helping us feel like we were not alone. In the weeks to come, she helped us establish a routine, gave us tools to manage stress, and made sure both mom and baby were well cared for. When she was in our home, she treated it like her own - even our dogs loved her. We honestly don’t know how we would have survived the first few months without her.
