The BEST DOULA you'll ever have!!! Hands down!! She was there for me during pregnancy and educated me on everything. She knows her stuff! I called her as soon as my water broke and she was there to coach me right away. She helped me write a birth plan for the hospital which I handed over to the hospital staff and I didn't have to explain anything. I had a healthy baby boy. Lydia was also there for me during postpartum. She helped with lactation services and guided me through that as well. She made sure that I had everything I needed. She was absolutely a God send!
