I had a induced labor that lasted about 56 hours, spending 5 days at the hospital. Paola was the only reason that I made it through to acheive my birth plan.
I cannot express enough how much Paola helped with my birth process and knowing how to move my body in the early labor hours while also helping me with breathing and pain management. She was there to speak with my nurses and midwives and to make sure I had an extra partner and advocate as we progressed to active labor and delivery.
Once my baby was born, Poala was the first to begin executing my post birth nutritional plan and making sure my family was supporting my recovery. Shes been amazing as a source of information and advice and is someone I can call at any hour or time of the day. This would not have been possible were it not for her expertise and partnership.
