Lydia is literally the BEST! I thought that I could wing it and didn’t need the additional support but I have no regrets. I used Lydia as my doula for our first child and as my midwife and doula for our youngest. She took the time to educate me on how to advocate for myself. Her birthing classes are phenomenal and very informative. I felt prepared and empowered to have the birth I wanted. The first time around things didn’t go exactly as planned, but she was there to walk us through every step of the way. Our last birth, she delivered our baby at home, safely and efficiently. She also provided knowledge to help in my breastfeeding journey. She is truly knowledgeable and loves what she does. You will not be disappointed. She is a nurse, doula, midwife, childbirth educator, and lactation consultant. The best!!!
