Tara was an absolute lifesaver during the labor and delivery of our first baby and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. Our labor took and unexpected turn when we had to transfer to the hospital from a birth center, and Tara was a calm and peaceful presence and advocated for us well. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things birth and helped my husband and I navigate choices and make decisions that we weren't prepared to make in advance. She also had an arsenal of various comfort measures for active labor and was great at suggesting and helping me implement them during labor. Tara was very responsive and easily reachable, and just an all around warm and kind presence. We are definitely going to use her again for subsequent births and I highly highly recommend her!!! :-)
