We connected with Nikki around ~38weeks to help during labor and since then she was actively checking in every day and shared useful information and positive affirmations. During the labor she filled the room with aromatic smells of essential oils which helped ease the pain. She gave relaxing massages and assisted with pain management. She constantly encouraged and supported thoughtout the process and primarily during pushing phase. Though we met her for the first time in labor she was welcoming and easy to get along with. Truly appreciate her positivity and support.
