We worked with Caitlin Catts a couple months leading up to the delivery of our third baby at Saint Mary's Hospital in Richmond. She was very knowledelage of the latest research and came well-prepared for all our sessions. She checked in with me frequently providing helpful tidbits in the weeks leading up to my labor, as well as mental health support given I had a history of pregancy loss. I loved all the essential oils, book suggestions and massage tips as I brainstormed a birth plan and packed my hospital bag! It was a great comfort knowing Cailtin would be in the delievery room with my husband and me.
Throughout my delivery, Caitlin was supportive as a labored, asking thoughtful questions of the medical staff. She is the perfect combination of strength and support. After my delivery, she stayed with us to assist with breastfeeding and recovery. AND as an added bonus, Cailtin took beautiful photos of my labor and our newborn that we will cherish forever. :)
