BEST DECISION EVER! I am a FTM with many many questions about whats normal and whats concerning during pregnancy. From the moment we hired The Birth Collective at 17 weeks, our minds and heart truly felt at ease about the uncertainties surrounding pregnancy. I was able to reach out to any of the three doulas any time of the day they were always able to respond to any questions with such calmness and knowledge when it comes to pregnancy/birth.
We also attended the birthing class with Sarah, which was so empowering and again put my mind at ease. A birthing class packet came with some labor goodies and informational notebook with all things labor/delivery/breastfeeding. It also came with hospital bag checklist and things to do to prepare for labor.
Having Austin during my labor at home, the hospital and delivery was such a game changer, she was calm the whole time, so informative and definitely supported my husband and I all throughout. She definitely played an important role in making sure I get the birth plan I wanted. Beyond delivery, Austin was able to provide guidance and share her knowledge in parenting and breastfeeding. AGAIN, BEST DECISION EVER! If I do decide to have another baby, I will definitely hire The Birth Collective again. Thank you ladies for helping me have this empowering experience!
