I am happy to give Nicole a 5 star rating based on her professionalism, knowledge, and service. She was my birth doula for my second child and if I were to have another I would hire Nicole again. Her process of understanding a family once they become her client is thorough because all info shared becomes an asset to all throughout the service she provides.
Nicole was tentative to my and my husband's needs pre labour, during labour, and post labour. I had a home water birth and she was like a ninja with set up, support during my labour, and cleanup afterwards. She was a gate keeper to the vibe I wanted during labour. She knew what to do and when to do it without asking. She had this amazing mood light that lit up my ceiling like the night sky. It added a wonderful touch to a calming environment.
During my postpartum period Nicole supported me and my baby through postpartum visits. The care she provided was needed and I trusted her with my baby while I needed to take care of myself. I understand that trusting someone with your own newborn baby that you hardly know can be hard but what helped me gain trust was getting to know Nicole personally and working together throughout our time together in our WhatsApp texts, online meetings, and in person visits.
All in all, I highly recommend Nicole to all families because she is someone that adds value to the experience.
