Dana is an absolute gem and I am so grateful she was a part of my birth team! She had such calming, stable energy from the moment we started working together, during labor and all the way through postpartum. While I was pregnant, Dana was constantly sharing supportive resources that she felt I’d resonate with. I felt like she really saw me and understood my birth preferences— I planned to have an unmedicated hospital birth and she was behind me every step of the way. She knew I was practicing hypnobirthing and took it upon herself to learn as much as possible about it. During labor I ended up wanting a lot of hands on support— Dana literally gave me counter pressure and double hip squeezes for 16 hours straight! She was present and there for me offering comfort throughout my entire lengthy labor. Throughout postpartum she has continued to help me feel supported. I could not recommend hiring Dana as your doula more.
