We cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support Adele provided. As this was our first child, there were many unknowns for us. Adele's knowledge and years of experience were so important in helping us navigate our birth journey.
Our labor was long and challenging, lasting 24 hours at home, followed by an emergency c-section. Throughout this time, Adele remained by our side, helping us navigate each stage and transitioned with us to the hospital. She brought guidance, emotional support and encouragement to myself and my partner. My partner said he could not have done this without Adele, she allowed him to be fully present and helped ease his worries. Throughout the entire process, Adele worked seamlessly with our midwives. This teamwork was crucial in making our birth experience as smooth and positive as possible.
In addition to her incredible support, Adele took some beautiful photos that captured the raw and emotional moments of our birth experience. Even after 24+ hours of being with us through labor, she took care of the placenta, respecting our wishes and handled everything.
After the birth, Adele visited us at home and helped us debrief the birth. This was incredibly valuable, as it allowed us to process the experience and understand everything that had happened. She also brought us some thoughtful birth aftercare items, which showed her attention to detail and care for our well-being.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Adele for any type of birth support, whether it be at home or in the hospital. Adele genuinely cares about the families and new babies she works with, and this heartfelt care shines through in everything she does.
