They were very helpful leading up to the birth with outlining a plan, using research-based practices, and answering the many questions we had as first time parents. They were calm, considerate, and had a great sense of humor that helped us both throughout the process. Once the time for the actual birth came, they were invaluable to have at our side advoacting for us and getting us everything we didn't know we needed. Our birth would have been much more stressful and chaotic without Meredith guiding us. They even kept in touch post-partum with a lot of help and suggestions. We cannot recommend Meredith enough!
