I can't say enough good things about our experience with Amy. She is confident, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. We appreciated Amy's natural approach to health and birth, and she aligned so well with our personal beliefs on these matters. Amy came to our home multiple times during the pregnancy to walk us through a birth plan, provide birth education, and make sure we felt confident and prepared. She was always very responsive when we reached out with questions. My birth was incredibly LONG and difficult and Amy was right there providing both encouragment and practical help. She and my husband would rotate pressing on my hips through every contraction, and she came up with creative positions and solutions to try and help the birth progress. Because of her help, I was able to labor naturally for the majority of my labor. Amy stopped by our home a few weeks after the baby was born and provided further encouragment and support as I continued to heal. We loved working with Amy, and would recommend her to anyone in the greater Milwaukee area looking for Doula services.
