Words cannot accurately express just how deeply grateful I am to have found Jesse. From pregnancy to birth and postpartum, she has been a guiding light of support for myself and my partner. My birth was particularly long and filled with a series of unfortunate complications, and I genuinely do not think I could have come out the other end of that experience without her. Her energy and skill during birth were exactly what I needed: she provided comfort and massage when I needed it, additional context to help us make tough choices when there was confusion, and the perfect amount of humor when all we needed was to laugh in the moment. Additionally, having her as a postpartum doula has been the absolute best decision to help set us up for success in the early stages of parenthood. She is one of few people I trust wholeheartedly with my baby, and lovingly cares for him while my partner and I can catch up on some much needed sleep. She even helps us with laundry, dishes, and bakes the most INCREDIBLE focaccia, one of the many amazing treats she spoils us with! We continue to feel so lucky to have her support and implore anyone who's on the fence about a birth & postpartum doula to DO IT. Best decision, hands down.
