I knew almost immediately after my c-section that I wanted a VBAC with my next child. When I found out I was pregnant 7 months post partum my providers made me feel as though a VBAC was unsafe and not a possibility for me. So I began to look for a doula! I contacted Liz as she specialized in VBACs and we had a consultation. She immediately provided me with information regarding VBACs that my providers had not. She helped me find a new provider that would support me in the birth experience I wanted. My husband, myself, and even my son had multiple meetings with Liz, and she was available for every question! We took a Spinning Babies Workshop with her which was awesome information and I believe the stretches we learned in the class really helped with my quick and smooth delivery! Liz met us outside of the hospital and was with us every moment during my labor. She made me feel confident and comfortable in knowing my body could do what it had to. I would recommend Liz's services to anyone to help you have the labor experience that you want!
