As first-time parents, her guidance was invaluable before, during, and after the pregnancy. Shannon supported my desire for a natural birth and stood by me throughout the labor process. Her knowledge of the hospital and familiarity with the midwives were a tremendous asset, and she played a key role in helping us navigate our delivery in ways that truly transformed the experience. We were looking for a doula for months and Thank God we found Shannon and the Nova Birth Services team. Also the monthly parent empowerment meetings were great because they gave everyone time to ask questions and hear different experiences. We would absolutely work with her again in the future and highly recommend her to others!
