Robin entering our lives as a doula and has been so much more of a blessing than we could have even imagined - serving as a wise and resourceful voice pre labor (we could text her any time!), an essential presence during labor itself (especially for us as first time parents), and then, a wellspring of support and care postpartum. I couldn’t have anticipated the amount of help - literal, emotional, logistical, baby care-related - we’d need after our baby arrived. Robin helped us get through the first weeks with overnight support so we could sleep, connected us to other moms in our neighborhood she’d worked with, and helped us navigate the transition back to work. This is someone whose work as a doula is so much more than a job, it’s a calling. PS: she also has a great sense of humor!!
