Laura was extremely helpful and reassuring from the first phone call. I had been desprately trying to find a birth facility and provider who was in my insurance network AND encouraging of my goal for an unmedicated birth (I had spent HOURS on the phone dealing with this). Laura quickly helped me find a doctor and hospital that were the perfect fit, and I could never have found them without her help. She was so patient with all of my questions during preganncy. The birth class at North Dallas Doula Associated was SO helpful and informative. She was a vital resource for my husband and I througout my labor and delivery experience. I now look back on my birth experience with feelings of fondness and empowerment, and I owe much of that to Laura and her help. I'm going back to her for all my future babies, and I'd recommend her to anyone!
