I highly recommend Natalie for anyone interested in a natural birth! I had my first baby girl and knew I wanted a doula. After our initial conversation, I new she was the one to support us for the birth.
When my contractions started, everything happened fast, so we went to the hospital and met Natalie there.
She was calm and helped me stay calm even though I was in a lot of pain. She pressed my back, offered different positions, and gave my husband tips on how to support me himself. He wanted to take an active role in the birth and Natalie guided him so he would be involved, and it was great for all of us.
I wanted to push on all fours, and Natalie helped me advocate for that. She and my husband squeezed my hips when I was pushing, which was so helpful. She whispered encouraging words in my ear, which helped me stay positive and focused.
I had my daughter with no tears, just like I wished for.
This birth was just an amazing experience, and I could not have done it without Natalie’s help!
