We were fortunate enough to work with Cristina during our first weeks home with our little one, and her support was instrumental to our comfort in being home as first time parents. Cristina took the time to understand what we needed and helped us learn how to care for our new baby, including reading baby's cues, learning how to soothe her for sleep, helping us understand how to use the various baby products we had, how to do paced bottle feeding, etc.. Cristina provided support, connection, and also space depending on what we needed each night without any pressure. She checked in with us about how things were going, followed up on conversations from each week to the next, and made it clear how much she cares in a professional and compassionate way.
