Maria was hands down the most valuable person on our birth team. From the start of getting to know us she made me and my partner feel comfortable and heard. She made an effort to understand us and what we would like. As first time parents she guided us through a lot of unknown. At our birth she was helpful and a constant guide through the experience. I felt totally safe and comfortable with her. When our birth plan had to change from a birth center to hospital I was even more thankful for her being on our team and being with us through the entire experience. Her ability and knowledge navigating the hospital setting was so important as we were exhausted. Even her help afterward was so valuable to me, her knowledge and input was the best I received. So thankful and would absolutely have her on our team again.
