We hired Sam and Ildi through a reference from a friend to help us post partum care for our newborn son from when we took him home from the hospital until about his 12 week mark. We had the pleasure of working with Ildi during the days and Sam for days and the overnights.
They were both incredible. My husband and I truly can't say enough positive things about each of them as a team as they both bring their own unique talents to the table. They were not only insightful, professional and knowledgeable about all things baby-related, but also incredibly hands-on, proactive, and intuitive, creating an all-encompassing comprehensive and user friendly experience. When they visited they helped care for the baby, coached us through new skills (breatfeeding, swaddling, baths, and more etc) and even helped cook, clean, and do laundry which was incredibly helpful and enabled us to relax which is so hard with a newborn! They ultimately gave us a true sense of confidence in caring for our baby and were a true support system that I believe is unparalleled, even being reachable anytime via their "doula hotline". Sam and Ildi made our lives a dream for the first 3 months and I wish we could have their help indefinitely!
