My husband and I are so grateful to have Kim by our side throughout this pregnancy. From the moment we first spoke with Kim on the phone, we knew that she was the perfect match for us and we didn't need to search any further. We immediately clicked and learned that Kim shared many of the same values and beliefs that we do, so we trusted that she would be the advocate and the physical/emotional support we needed. Kim always made herself available through texts and phone calls to answer all of our questions from the moment we hired her. Our daughter arrived 6 weeks early via c-section and Kim was not allowed in the room per hospital orders. However, Kim was waiting for me in the recovery room the moment I arrived and stayed with us until we were able to visit our daughter in the nicu. Kim's expertise and knowledge made us feel comfortable and confident in the decisions we made regarding our daughter’s care while in the nicu. Since Kim is also a lactation consultant, she came to our home to help with breast feeding and to show us other helpful ways to navigate the newborn stage as new parents. We are forever grateful for Kim and would recommend her to anyone looking for doula services.
