Meema was an incredible help and resource for us as new parents. She helped us prepare to welcome our new baby, answering questions months in advance and thinking through what supplies we'd need, how to handle visitors, what to bring to the hopsital, etc. She's extemely organized and has a depth of experience to pull from - so almost any question we asked she had answered before, or had researched. She's science focused and I was very impressed that she continues to study the latest practices and research in the newborn space. Once our baby was born she was beyond useful with tasks big and small - from figuring out how to bathe him, to figuring out which carrier to use (and how it worked), and also helping us get to our first doctors appointment (and helping us source a wonderful caregiver for overnights and other professionals as needed). She's extremely proactive in her approach - she was able to come in to our home and immidiately start helping us figure out what needed to be done. We were able to nap while she did laundry and made us lunch. Then, as we got more comfortable with the baby, we used her as a resource for getting ourselves organized and also talking through the challenges of sleep, nursing, pumping, and beyond - she helped us think through what approach was the best fit for us and our baby. Meema is kind and flexible, she adapted to our needs and situation. She was always punctual, and also followed up on questions even after we'd parted ways. I felt like my baby was in great hands in her care, and I learned so much from her - it definitely gave me confidece as a new mom to have her help during this time! And she was very gentle and loving towards our baby. I couldn't recommend her more strongly!
