Lauren was the perfect doula for our family. She has very positive relaxing vibes and felt like a well known friend the second we met. She made my husband and I feel very at ease and had no problem pivoting from natural birth to induction due to some health issues that popped up last minute. She was such a great support person during my birth from setting up lights around my birthing tub to showing my husband helpful counter support positions and having some amazing lavender essential oil that definitely relaxed me in early labor. She even did placenta encapsulation for us which wasn’t even on my radar originally but so beneficial for my healing and recovery! I highly recommend her and would choose her again.
