Heather was incredible support for my husband and I during our prenatal and breastfeeding journey! Although Heather was not present at our baby's birth, and her partner Michelle was, we really appreciated all the communication from Heather before and after delivery. I also felt very fortunate knowing that it would be Heather or Michelle with us, because they are just both such incredible humans with calming energy. We knew whoever was "on shift" for us to was going to be amazing.
From our first meeting, Heather was direct and clear in her communications. She was so responsive when I asked a million questions, and provided well balanced research. Since induction was looking to be the option, Heather and Michelle hopped on a call with me and helped me to fully understand what the various options and steps looked like. This call helped me feel calm and well informed when entering such an unknown and overwhelming situation.
Following the birth of our baby girl, Heather remained in contact and reached out with breastfeeding tips, napping strategies and other helpful ideas. She even came to the house to help me with understanding of different breast feeding positions, and met me where I was at both comfort and knowledge wise.
Heather is absolutely incredible and I was so fortunate to have had her support through this incredible transition into parenthood.
