My wife and I had our first child this year and had Dilpreet as our doula. She was a great help and comfort through both the birth and then follow ups for us. During birth, there are so many things that you don't know, from non standard birthing positions to the intense shakes right before birth. Dilpreet helped us to feel safe even while all these very scary things were happening.
The most helpful throughout was her quick and continued support through text. The internet is a scary and chaotic place, and being able to ask Dilpreet directly about our many questions helped us immensely to understand what was happening and to calm our anxieties. The post partum support as well was helpful, as Dilpreet demonstrated how to grind our baby's nails and give her a bath. If you're looking for a doula, I recommend Dilpreet!
