Mirian provided three sessions for me and my husband before labor and birth which shared information about stages of labour and techniques to cope in labour. She also shared additional information during those sessions.
After birth, Mirian was very helpful with tidying our home after our home birth and ensuring my husband and I were able to rest after the delivery. Her final postpartum session was very helpful where she cleaned our home and helped with the laundry and even did placenta art for us. We are grateful for that support post birth.
