I have the fortune of having Raya be a postpartum night doula for three months after the birth of my baby boy. We are fortunate to have family in the area to help during the day, but it was amazing to have an expert for the nights (and helped me catch up on some sorely needed sleep!) Raya was so kind and helpful, especially as I was recovering from an unexpected C section delivery. She provided so many helpful tips for breastfeeding and caring for the baby (essential for a first time mom), and also connected me with a fantastic lactation specialist. Most importantly, I felt that Raya cared about my son and his wellbeing. She took copious notes throughout the nights she was with us to help figure out what worked and didn't work for improving the baby's sleep. Would highly recommend Raya as a postpartum doula (and I'm sure she's a fantastic birth doula too!)
