Laura was absolutely incredible. I texted her pretty much every day in the weeks leading up to delivery. She calmed my nerves and gave great advice when I was anxious and eager to meet my baby already! (He was 10 days late). Then, of course, during delivery, she was not only incredible but essential. Her voice was the only one I wanted to hear (sorry, hubby). She cheered me on, calmed me down, gave clear directives... I cannot imagine not having her there with me! And I hope I never have to! I will defintely ask her to be my doula in the future!
