With seemingly endless options in postpartum support, we are immensely grateful to have found Zoe. She was instrumental in helping us confidently step into parenthood, especially first timers.
From the very beginning, Zoe took the time to get to know us as individuals - our aspirations and concerns for those early weeks as a new family. She tailored her support to each of us, and her thoughtful, personalized care became a cornerstone of our first six weeks postpartum. She quickly became our lifeline, seamlessly blending education, humor, emotional support, and practical assistance. Her extensive knowledge in the postpartum space was nothing short of remarkable - we often joked that she was our shortcut to hours of Googling.
Zoe's help was crucial in those early days - from latching and breastfeeding support, to reading our baby’s cues, to getting some much needed uninterrupted sleep… she did it all while also providing essential support for mom's physical and emotional recovery. She even went out of her way to ensure dad felt supported and engaged, drawing from her research on the critical role fathers play in early language development. Her deep educational background truly sets her apart and gives her insights that many others simply don’t possess.
One of Zoe’s many talents is her cooking. Her meals weren’t just delicious, they were thoughtfully designed to support mom’s recovery, incorporating ingredients that promoted healing and boosted lactation. Her meals allowed us to focus entirely on our baby, recovery, and finding our rhythm as a new family.
While the newborn stage is often described as overwhelming, with Zoe by our side, we truly thrived and have nothing but happy memories of those first few days and weeks. Each of us developed a unique and special bond with Zoe, and we know she’ll remain a cherished part of our lives for years to come.
