I cannot recommend Tatiana highly enough if you're looking for a doula who will accept whatever your preferences may be and support you thoughout your whole journey. She is both a very warm and nurturing person and a very direct person who will answer your questions in a clear way, helping you think through different scenarios and know what to expect.
Tatiana was essential in the weeks leading up to my labor - she would text me to check in and I got to ask for advice as I navigated the difficult final weeks of pregnancy and the possibility of an induction. Then as labor approached I shared all the little symptoms I was seeing and, eventually, contraction timings, and Tatiana advised me on activities and poses to try. Some of these recommendations really moved things along so that my labor ended up on the faster side for a first baby. She supported us at home during the height of active labor, and she knew my birth plan and desires well enough to advocate for me at the hospital when I was in no state to do so myself. Now in my first month post-partum, Tatiana still checks in to make sure we're doing okay during this challenging time.
