I was on the fence about reaching out to a Doula, as I was under the impression Doula's only helped with natural births/water births. After reading a few reivews I connected with Sarah and am so glad I did. She helped me helped me get my birth plan together, answering any questions that popped up. When I went into labor, I stayed in contact with Sarah and she helped guide me through the early labor stage. Once I entered active labor, Sarah arrived at the hospital and it was so nice having her support me during this stage. She rubbed my back better than my husband :) continually offered me water and was truly so supportive throughout the whole process. As my birth did not go according to plan, it was even more helpful to have Sarah there as her experience enabled her to guide me through all of the turns that came my way. Sarah also helped me tremendously postpartum, as a I had multiple tears and an episiotomy. Sarah was there with 24/7 support, reaching out checking on me, and guiding me through how to ease my pain. Sarah provides emotional and physical support and my husband and I are very glad we connected!
