Recently, Lisa provided doula services for me for my twin birth. She made herself available for all my questions during pregnancy, helped me make healthy food and movement choices, and was an incredible emotional support during my pregnancy. In the hospital, Lisa helped me make sense of all the options and choices for labor. She was so supportive and encouraged me to advocate for myself to create the birth experience that I wanted. Lisa supported my husband as my birth coach and helped him know how to serve me during labor. She is a wealth of knowledge!! She took pictures during labor and captured beautiful moments. Taking pictures didn't detract from her support during the birth at all. I highly recommend Lisa. She is compassionate, skilled, experienced, attentive, and overall just amazing.
